AEW Dynasty News: Controversial Star Returns on PPV

AEW Dynasty News: Controversial All Elite Wrestling star Jack Perry made his return to AEW programming during the Dynasty PPV event.

Perry appeared during the AEW Tag Team Championship Ladder match, jumping into the ring from the crowd to assist The Young Bucks in defeating FTR for the belts.

The commentary team said that Perry was “trespassing” and he was quickly ushered out of the ring after it was revealed who he was (he appeared under a mask). It is not currently known if he will be on AEW shows going forward in the near future.

Perry has been off of AEW shows since his backstage altercation with CM Punk at the All In event back in September 2023.

AEW Dynasty News: Chris Jericho has faced some controversy recently, and fans have voiced their opinion regarding his ongoing in-ring career.

Following backstage allegations of misconduct with a former female talent earlier this year, Jericho has been roundly booed by fans for some time since then.

Fans at the AEW Dynasty PPV event were rampant during his match against HOOK for the FTW Championship, with chants of “please retire” and “Go home Jericho, go home” among others being caught on the official PPV audio throughout the match.

Jericho would end up winning the match and the title, and the chorus of boos only got louder in the building as he made his way back up the ramp.

AEW Dynasty News: Injured Star Appears To Be Healed at PPV

AEW Dynasty News: All Elite Wrestling star Adam Cole appears to be healed following a lengthy stint on the sidelines with injury.

Cole, alongside other members of the Undisputed Kingdom, appeared on the ramp in his wheelchair following the Kyle O’Reilly vs Roderick Strong match.

The former WWE NXT Champion then stood up and confidently made his way to the ring to celebrate alongside Strong, Wardlow and the Kingdom, indicating that even if he is not fully healed, that he is at least pretty darn close to getting back in the ring.
