This guide is for the Epic Fishing Rod’s unlock and recipe, and even some tips on acquiring the harder to come by ingredients among them.

 

LEGO Fortnite How To Epic The Epic Fishing Rod

This level 4 Fishing Rod needs nothing more than Frostpine Rod in your inventory, and a level 4 Crafting Bench to put everything together, in order to unlock the recipe. As for the ingredients themselves, you will need 2 Drawstring, 4 Frostpine Rod, 2 Wool Thread, and 3 Arctic Claw.

Alongside the new fishing tools added in the the Gone Fishin’ update for LEGO Fortnite, we’ve also got some items to help with navigating the map. This guide has the breakdown on everything needed for crafting the more advanced of the two compasses, the Survival Compass. This upgraded compass adds icons to points of interest to the compass bar which might come in handy when you’re on the hunt for something in particular

 

LEGO Fortnite How To Craft Glass

The first step to getting the recipe for the Survival Compass is getting some Glass.

Grab your Shovel and head on over to the Dry Valley or desert biome, though a sandy beachfront would also work as a source.

Dig up some Sand, at least 10 in total for a Survival Compass, and take it to a Metal Smelter.

The recipe for Glass requires 2 Sand for each Brightcore in order to craft a single pane of Glass, so you’ll need 5 of the latter as well.

With even Lady Gaga finally getting in on Fortnite, we just had to root around a little in Infinite Craft and see if we couldn’t find the recipe for the long-running battle royale. Without further ado, let’s get started in on crafting a crafting game in another crafting game–craftception!

 

Infinite Craft Fortnite Recipe

There are fourteen steps to get Fortnite on your canvas.

Start with:

  • Wind + Earth = Dust
    • Dust + Water = Mud
      • Mud + Fire = Brick

Next we conjure up:

  • Wind + Fire = Smoke
    • Smoke + Smoke = Cloud

Combine the above into:

  • Brick + Cloud = Castle

Setting that aside we continue with:

  • Water + Fire = Steam
    • Steam + Fire = Engine
      • Engine + Engine = Rocket
        • Rocket + Rocket = Satellite

Separately we take several of the elements from the above:

  • Steam + Engine = Train
    • Train + Rocket = Bullet Train

The two results combine into:

  • Satellite + Bullet Train = Internet

And the final step:

Castle + Internet = Fortnite

The Spyglass in LEGO Fortnite is going to come in handy as you explore the open world map in the new update for the game. Here’s how to go about getting a hold of it. The process isn’t that hard and requires things you’ll probably already have access to at this point in the game.

 

LEGO Fortnite How To Find Glass

The first step to getting the recipe for the Spyglass is getting some Glass.

Grab your Shovel and head on over to the Dry Valley or desert biome, though a sandy beachfront would also work as a source.

Dig up some Sand, at least 8 in total for a Spyglass, and take it to a Metal Smelter.

The recipe for Glass requires 2 Sand for each Brightcore in order to craft a single pane of Glass, so you’ll need 4 of the latter as well.

Acquiring Glass in your inventory unlocks the Spyglass recipe over at the Crafting Bench.

Aside from the 4 Glass, you’ll need a single Knotroot Rod.

If you’ve forgotten how to get the latter, here’s a quick reminder: caves in the Grasslands biome have the knotted roots you’ll need to fell with an Uncommon Forest Axe or better in order to harvest Knotroots.

Take those over to a Lumber Mill for processing into Knotroot Rods, at a ratio of one for one.
