GTA Online Guide: How to Level Up Faster in GTA Online in 2023

In a game like GTA Online, locating and utilizing ways to level up faster can be quite tricky. It is not exactly easy or clear on how you can quickly earn more RP, as the game just displays how much you will earn for doing certain activities.

From races to missions, there are countless activities in the game that award you RP for completing them. With so many options, which ones benefit you the most? We’ve compiled some of the fastest ways to level up in GTA Online, which should help you to get to the level of your dreams.

Spin the Prize Wheel at the Casino to Level Up Faster – GTA Online

Use the prize wheel to level up faster in GTA Online.

Spinning the wheel at the casino is a fantastic way to level up your character. You can earn up to 15,000 RP, which is some of the easiest and most RP you can earn in a single task. There are five options for RP on the wheel, which range from 2500RP to 15000RP. These options increment in 2500RP, which means you’ll get a considerable amount regardless of the tile you land on.

There are a few downsides to this method, however. The first is that you are only allowed to spin the wheel once a day, which limits the speed at which you can earn RP. Secondly, it is a gamble. There are no guarantees that you will roll RP. However, you have 5 chances to do so, and the odds are slightly in your favor.

Play The Cayo Perico Heist

Use the Cayo Perico Heist to level up fast in GTA Online.

The Cayo Perico Heist is a fantastic resource for those looking to earn plenty of cash and level up at the same time. This Heist is not cheap, however, which can mean that the build-up to playing it can take a hefty amount of time. To be able to start this heist, follow these steps:

  1. Meet Miguel at the club to receive the mission. He is located all the way inside the club and downstairs. A cutscene with Miguel explaining the mission and proposing it to you will play once you approach his table.
  2. Purchase the Kosatka. The Kosatka is a submarine that you must buy to play through this heist. As you might expect, this is not a cheap purchase whatsoever. The price of the Kosatka Submarine without any additional upgrades is going to run you $2,200,000. Some of the upgrades are quite nice, such as the missiles or onboard vehicles. However, these are not necessary, and you will be just fine using the base version of the Kosatka. This vehicle can be accessed just like the Avenger, another Heist vehicle. You will need to enter the menu and select Services, then navigate to the submarine.
  3. Simply enter the submarine and navigate to the control panel to start the Heist.

After following these steps, you will be able to navigate to the Cayo Perico Heist. We highly recommend that you embark on this mission with a few friends, as it can be quite tricky to navigate towards the end. This Heist will reward you at minimum $1,000,000, with a ceiling of over $4,000,000. Alongside this, you will earn a boatload of RP for each time you complete the mission. After purchasing the Kosatka, setup for Cayo Perico is extremely easy, which means you can run this mission repeatedly to level up quickly after the steep initial investment.

Check GTA Online Weekly Events to Level Up Faster

Rockstar offers events with 2x and 3x multipliers each week. These events are basically double and triple RP, meaning you can earn some serious levels in a short period of time. Some of the missions offered allow you to complete them repeatedly, which means a serious gain of RP could be in the cards.

The one downside with this option is that if you do not like any of the weekly options, you’ll either have to tough it out or wait a whole week for new ones to appear. It depends on how you’d like to spend your time in GTA Online, but If something catches your interest you can earn quite a few levels.

Adversary Mode

Adversary Mode is a great way to level up in GTA Online. One of the better Adversary Mode games you can try is Deadline, which is inspired by Tron. You get to drive around what is basically a Light Cycle, which is super fun. The best part about this is that it grants lots of RP, even if you are last place.

Some of the other racing games that you can find in Adversary Mode offer extremely high amounts of RP as well. The best part about Adversary Mode games is that they do not require a large amount of time, which means a few hours in Adversary Mode could grant you plenty of levels.

Leak Reveals New MacBook Will Have -1 USB Ports

CUPERTINO, Calif. — Leaked specifications of the next-gen Apple MacBook indicate that the company, which has a history of reducing the number of ports on their devices, will take things one step further with the newest model featuring -1 USB ports.

“While I can’t confirm or deny rumors, I wish to remind customers that Apple has long been a pioneer in popularizing seamless, minimalistic design practices,” said Craig Federighi, Senior VP of Software Engineering at Apple. “A decade ago, you all thought you wanted FireWire ports, DVI outputs, and dedicated power buttons on your devices. But Apple showed you what you really want: less of everything. With these latest MacBooks, we’re prepared to go even further than anyone thought possible.”

Followers of the Apple rumor mill expressed frustration at the Cupertino company’s continued over-engineering of less than practical features.

“It appears that Apple’s new MacBook will ship with a cement epoxy compound that users must use to destroy a USB port on another device before the MacBook will turn on,” reported Macrumors.com journalist Ellen Powell. “Apple is basically the serial killer of tech companies. It has single-handedly murdered headphone jacks, Adobe Flash, physical buttons on mobile devices, and countless employees at their Chinese factories. This latest leak is basically equivalent to the creepy, boastful letter the serial killer sends to the police department in the midst of their horrific crime spree. At this rate, in a few years, there will be no USB at all anymore, just Bluetooth. May God help us all.”

The new Macbook’s requirement of destroying a USB port on another device may be the final push longtime customers need to start seeking other options.

“Thank you, Apple, for making my audio interface, printer, and mechanical keyboard completely useless,” mused Stanford senior Ollie Richardson. “Thousands of dollars spent on gear down the drain. And what are my options now? Start using Ubuntu like some goddamned libertarian? I can’t do that, I support age of consent laws and I think Joe Rogan is an idiot, so I’m totally outside of their demographic. I swore I’d never trust a big tech company again after Google eliminated Reader…How little I’ve learned.”

A subsequent product leak suggests that in an effort to reduce users’ stress and anxiety, future Apple Watch models may remove any and all timekeeping functionality.

Somber Family Sits Down Youngest Child to Explain Their Favorite Live Service Game Has Died

CHICAGO — A family sat down with their youngest child last night to inform him that his favorite live service game has died, sources have confirmed.

“I hate that Aiden has to go through something like this so young, but it’s important that we’re honest with him,” said Chuck Washington, Aiden’s father, when preparing to tell him about the recent announcement made concerning Shoot to Thrill, the abysmally reviewed first person shooter released by Visionarea Games last year. “After we read online that they were going to stop supporting it, we thought about just burying the game in the backyard at first and just having something new for him when he came home, but we decided against it.”

“Plus, how the fuck do you bury a live service game?” he asked. “Literally, I mean. Not the way EA does it.”

Aiden Washington was reportedly inconsolable after receiving the news.

“I knew I wouldn’t get to play it forever, but I just thought we had more time together,” he said through tears, throwing back Capri Suns at the kitchen counter. “It wasn’t a perfect game, it wasn’t even particularly fun, but it was my game, and I loved it. I don’t want another game. I just want to play Shoot to Thrill. It’s not fair!”

Executives from Visionarea Games said that this was an important lesson for young Aiden to learn.

“We’re all very sad to see Shoot to Thrill head to the big server upstate,” said Mike Lillard, director of the excessively buggy shooter. “But sadly, this is just a part of life when you’re really into video games. As this kid grows up he’ll realize that very few releases are able to actually live up to the pressure we put on them to make our lives better. Certainly not with lizards like us behind the wheel making ghastly decisions motivated by short sighted profiteering and nothing more!”

As of press time, Lillard confirmed that the world of Shoot to Thrill would continue to live on in some exciting new NFT project no one could really explain.

Huge MCU Leak Confirms Mitchell Hiniker to Return as Key Grip

LOS ANGELES — According to anonymous sources at Marvel Studios, the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe just had a massive spoiler revealed: fan-favorite Mitchell Hiniker will return as a key grip in a few more movies.

“We can no longer deny the rumors, we want fans to know that the iconic key grip will be coming back for more Marvel adventures behind the scenes,” said Kevin Feige to a roaring Comic Con crowd. “There were numerous contract disputes, but we spared no expense giving the fans who they want handling the supportive non-electrical equipment on set. It may have seemed like we had to recast him, but I’m proud to finally reveal to you that Hiniker will continue to supervise lighting and camera rigs on first unit production. Mitchell Hiniker will return!”

Marvel fans exploded with excitement that the crew member would be returning for more films.

“I had a theory he was coming back; I mean how could this universe even continue without him?” said Marvel Fan Club President Tyler Cromwell. “I can’t wait to see my favorite grip cross over into other movie sets and interact with the Marvel A-listers at the craft services table and the crew smoking spot out back. It was in all the Easter Eggs that he was returning, especially since he’s a really big important character in the comics.”

Hiniker was reportedly excited to finally get to reveal his return to fans.

I’m back everyone,” Hiniker said walking onstage during the Comic Con presentation. “After a brief break after Avengers: Endgame, I’m so pumped for everyone to pack into cinemas to see what crane and dolly operators I managed, and I’ll be in Hall B signing lighting rigs and camera lenses until the end of the con!”

At press time, the return of Hiniker was slightly soured by the common fan belief that Marvel was only bringing him back into the universe to kill him off.

Twitter Report Reveals Musk Keeps Sink on Retainer With Six-Figure Salary

SAN FRANCISCO — A shocking leaked financial report from social media site Twitter revealed that CEO Elon Musk keeps the infamous sink from a Twitter joke on retainer with a six-figure salary.

“What if I need it again? What if I have another sink joke?” Musk said. “I can’t just buy another sink, this one has been with me from the beginning. It’s my most trusted employee, my confidant. I feel like I can tell it anything, and it’ll always sink in. Get it? I’m very very funny. Just ask the sink, it certainly thinks so. Or should I say, sinks so! See, this all makes the sink’s full insurance benefits and company stock portfolio completely worth it.”

“People can betray you; that’s why they need to go,” Musk explained. “But the sink can never cross you. The sink can never divorce you. The sink can never sue you for sexual harassment. The sink is cleansing, with its water. The sink is epic. And the sink makes me a based memelord. Let that sink in! Haha.”

Twitter employees had mixed feelings about the sink’s high-ranking status at the company.

“In the first week of buyout, Elon made a kitchen installation my boss. I’ve been here for seven years,” said software engineer Nicholas Meyers. “He gutted my whole team without warning, and then walked around with a sink for a few hours and kept making sink related puns. I’m not really complaining though — the sink is a much more level-headed manager than the CEO. Plus, the sink hasn’t hit on any of the female employees nearly as much.”

Musk elaborated on his appreciation for the kitchen appliance.

“The sink has shown great loyalty and leadership thus far, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a contender for CEO in the future,” Musk said. “The sink never says anything bad about me, and is always there when I need it. I’m not sure how Twitter ever ran without it, frankly. People think I carry it, but really, it carries me.”

At press time, sources at Twitter reported that the sink had been abruptly fired by Musk after attempting to work from home one week.

Too Far: Nintendo Sues Guy Named Mario

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. — Many claim that the famously litigious Nintendo have gone too far after suing a man with the same common first name as their iconic mascot.

“This is crazy, I’ve done nothing wrong,” said Mario Romano, a local mechanic who insisted he’s never been to the mushroom kingdom and does not know any royalty. “I’m just a regular guy trying to support my wife and kids, I don’t need no damn lawsuit from Nintendo claiming I’m infringing on their intellectual property. How is installing mufflers in upstate Michigan doing anything close to that?”

“The truth is, I’m not a crook, criminal, or con-man,” he continued. “It’s just me, Mario. Mario Romano.”

Nintendo defended their decision despite a public outcry, maintaining that it was important to defend the integrity of their long established IP.

“We realize that we don’t actually own the name Mario, not yet at least,” said Doug Bowser, president and CEO of Nintendo of America. “But we think this is a fight worth taking on. The evidence supplied in our filings show that not only did Mr. Romano dress in overalls and a mustache at one or more points last year, but we also have some pretty damning photographs of him stepping on a turtle the other day. That was the final straw, and we must stop this thief before he infringes on our copyright in a way that impacts us financially.”

As of press time, Romano and his family had moved in with his slightly taller brother to save money while the lawsuit proceeds.

Heartbreaking: The Last ’90s Kid Has Died of Old Age

FRESNO, Calif — Tragic news struck the nation today as the last-remaining ’90s kid, Robert Jayner, finally succumbed to the elements and died of old age, leaving ’90s kids officially extinct.

“He died surrounded by his loved ones, all people from the 2000s and 2010s he could share his vast wealth of memories and dated references with,” said son of the deceased, Henry Jayner. “As he requested, he was buried with his nearly-solved Rubik’s Cube and his Ecto Cooler Hi-C, and his will stipulated that his collection of Beanie Babies would be divided evenly among his children.

Robert’s daughter, Elizabeth Jayner-Hewitt, reflected on her father’s peaceful passing.

He lasted as long as he could, but old age eventually comes for us all,” Jayner-Hewitt said. “All we can do now is speculate what life must have been like in the far off year of 1993, but it feels like we all lived through that time thanks to my grandpa’s stories and Gameboy Camera print-outs. Now, these miscellaneous things that only ’90s kids will remember shall be lost to the sands of time, forever.”

Attendees of the funeral service listened intently to the eulogy provided by Father Simon Bernard.

“We are gathered here today to mourn the passing of a man who was, as he would say, ‘all that and a bag of chips,’” Father Bernard began. “Robert Jayner was a father, grandfather, and diligent VHS tape rewinder. He liked exclusively the early seasons of The Simpsons. Some people say that death is the end of our journey, the Lord asks we take this sentiment and sarcastically retort, ‘As if!’”

Jayner’s memory will live on, as the former ’90s kid is survived by his three children, four grandchildren, and two beloved Tamagotchis.

VALORANT Episode 6 Act 1 goes live on January 10, 2023, though specific start times have not been announced and may vary from region to region.

With less than a week before the launch of VALORANT Episode 6, Act 1, let’s see what changes are coming to the game in the second week of 2023.

Enter Araxys Skins

The Araxys skin line is the “official” skin line for VALORANT Episode 6, Act 1. In addition to an otherworldly, sci-fi aesthetic, the Araxys skins also have their own levels that give players more cosmetic customization as the level up said skins.

The Lost City – New VALORANT Map in Episode 6, Act 1

A new map will be coming to VALORANT in Episode 6, Act1. Lotus is a three-site map designed to look like a lost city in the Western Ghats of India. Lotus will have mechanics new to VALORANT like openable rotating doors, destructible walls, and a ‘silent drop’ that has yet to be explained further.

VALORANT Episode 6 Act 1 Battle Pass

Until things kick off on January 10, it’s hard to know the entire contents of the Episode 6, Act 1 Battle Pass, but a plethora of digital cosmetics will be included free options and purchaseable options. Some skins, gun buddies, and sprays are loosely inspired by holidays – Valentine’s Day will take place during Episode 6, Act 1 and the Shock Heart spray should help players celebrate in style. Others are pure silliness – the Nine Lives gun skins supposedly put your agent in a cat suit.

The Paid Battle Pass will cost 1,000 VP and are highlighted by the Venturi gun skin line. Riot Games has described the Venturi aesthetic as a depiction of speed, and the streamlined appearance of the guns should bring a sleek new look to some of the game’s most popular weapons.
