Skull and Bones: Vanguard Snow Blueprint Location
The Vanguard Snow blueprint can be acquired in one of two ways. The first is free as part of the rewards for completing the Nightfall Missives contract on behalf of Admiral Rahma, Kingpin of the Den of Telok Panjarah.
The Den of Telok Penjarah, pictured above, is a point of interest located in the center of the East Indies. To travel there from Sainte-Anne, bear north-east across the treacherous Open Seas, and through the straits between the first two large islands you make sight of. Alternatively, it may be possible to fast travel to a closer departure point at any previously unlocked locations in the East Indies, such as the Kelelawar Chamber Outpost situated further east, and then make the journey from there.
After you disembark at the Telok Penjarah location, make your way to Rahma’s Residence, which overlooks the rest of the town. Run straight from the embarkation point, past the Bounty Board, and up the flights of stairs.
The alternative to slogging through Admiral Rahma’s mission storyline for the blueprint, is to outright purchase it from the Vendor known as the Shipwrecked Rogue at the Khmoy Estate Outpost, pictured above. This point of interest is located on a small island north of Telok Penjarah in the Beruk Sea in the East Indies.
This high-level ship blueprint will set you back 10560 Silver, and can tank significant incoming damage with its perks.
Skull and Bones: Vanguard Snow Crafting
While there’s nothing stopping you from acquiring or purchasing the blueprint, aside from the availability of Silver, crafting the ship itself has some stringent requirements. The Pyromaniac Sambuk blueprint can be acquired from multiple sources. The nearest one would be at Sainte-Anne itself, where you will likely come across it during the course of play anyway. Unlike with most other ship blueprints, you might not even be able to interact with the vendors that have the Pyromaniac Sambuk if you haven’t achieved the minimum Infamy rank required of Cutthroat I.
Skull and Bones: The Manager Of Le Pont Muet Location
The location of this NPC is initially not marked on the map. In order to find Yanita Nara, Manager of Le Pont Muet, simply head to the tavern on the eastern edge of the map of Sainte-Anne, well away from the central cluster of other NPC icons. Inside, speak with Yanita Nara, and within her ‘Open the Black Market’ section, the Pyromaniac Sambuk blueprint will be further down mixed in with all the other cosmetics and blueprints.

The other location is at the good old Den of Telok Penjarah, pictured above. This point of interest is located in the center of the East Indies. Houma Nara, the Manager of Palka Buta is also an unmarked NPC at first. You can find her tucked away in her tavern near the north-eastern edge of Telok Penjarah’s map.
This rare ship blueprint will set you back 5000 Pieces of Eight, and is all about setting everything on fire.
It is currently unknown if this particular blueprint can potentially be found as a Contract reward.

This high-level ship blueprint will set you back 15840 Silver, and is capable of ramming ships and causing flood damage, hence the title ‘Hullbreaker’.

ST. LOUIS — A loving, devoted Sony fanboy is facing emotional strife as he has recently discovered that his favorite PlayStation exclusive isn’t as exclusive as he was made to believe.
Mike Barone, a hardcore Sony fanboy, recently walked in on his roommate playing Spider-Man (2018) on the Steam Deck and hasn’t taken the discovery well.
“It’s like the word ‘exclusive’ means nothing to anybody now. What about me? What about my loyalty,” Barone said in a statement on ResetEra. “I’ve been here through the worst. I watched others leave me. Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, and now you’re telling me the first-party games are fooling around on me too?”
Mike’s roommates tried to talk some sense into him.
“I paused my game and tried to reason with Mike through the door, sharing data that showed PC versions of his exclusives would bring in a bigger audience and this eventually paving the way for more sequels and exclusives. He just wouldn’t listen,” said his roommate Josh
“These PlayStation cornerstone series just hop around from screen to screen. I’ve never been someone who cares about a game’s body count, but Steam? Marvel’s Spider-Man is running around behind my back with Steam, Steam can have any game they want, but not my exclusives.” said Barone
Mike’s other roommate and Xbox fanboy Glenn understands his pain.
“Mike and I have been at odds since Insomniac made Sunset Overdrive, but I understand where his head is at,” Glenn said. “I’ve had to share my exclusives with others for almost an entire console generation. The good, the bad, and the Starfield. I think we just got to appreciate the times we have with exclusives and make time for those who are still loyal to us.”
At Press time, Mike has locked himself in his room, and Glenn was attempting to lure him out by sliding a copy of Bloodborne under the door.
The alternative to slogging through Admiral Rahma’s mission storyline for the blueprint, is to outright purchase it from the Vendor known as the Shipwrecked Rogue at the Khmoy Estate Outpost, pictured above. This point of interest is located on a small island north of Telok Penjarah in the Beruk Sea in the East Indies.
