Fortnite My Hero Academia Week 2 Quests Guide

As another week passes, a new slew of My Hero Academia quests have also unlocked in Fortnite! Once again, you’ll receive All Might’s cape for completing 8 of these, so let’s show you how to knock them out so you can earn a new back bling. Here’s how to complete the My Hero Academia Week 2 Quests.

Need some review on the first week of My Hero Academia challenges? Check out our Week 1 Fortnite My Hero quest guide!

How to Eliminate Opponents While Standing in Snow or on Ice

All My Hero week 2 quests.

This quest is a fun reference to Shoto Todoroki, the half-ice, half-fire hero from My Hero Academia. The first step is pretty simple, but it is a two part quest so we’ll break it down here. First, as with all other quests, I recommend jumping into Team Rumble for this week’s quests. Focus your landing on the frozen section of the map, especially on points of interest like Brutal Bastion or Lonely Lab.

If the storm centers around the northern frozen section of the island, you’ll be sure to eliminate someone and complete the first part of this challenge. If this quest is your only goal, then feel free to return to the lobby and start a new Team Rumble, there are no penalties for leaving.

My Hero Academia Fortnite Quests: How to Destroy 10 Structures with Fire

The second part is a stark contrast and requires players to destroy 10 structures with fire. As you play, keep an eye out for gas canisters, fireflies, or flame bows. All of these can be used to set fire to your surroundings and, as the fire spreads, you’ll be sure to rack up the 10 structures required. An easy way to complete this part of the quest is to land at the houses on the southeast edge of the island.

This cul de sac contains three houses all of which contain gas canisters in their garages. Shoot them to set them off and watch as the flames spread and complete this challenge for you.

Emote within 25 Meters of an Opponent – My Hero Academia Week 2 Quests

Emote close to an opponent in this Fortnite My Hero Academia challenge in Week 2.

Much like All Might in My Hero Academia, a hero has to announce their presence to strike fear into evildoers and to inspire hope in the civilians in danger. This quest has you doing exactly that! Once again, jump into Team Rumble and land near the first opponent you can find. Since gliders auto-deploy much lower to the ground in Team Rumble, you’ll be sure to get the drop on them with some sweet dance moves.

As the storm closes near the end of the match, things will get progressively more chaotic and players will be forced into closer proximity, so you’ll definitely be able to activate an emote. Using it for even one moment counts, so don’t worry about surviving the attempt.

How to Run 1000 Meters While Under the Effect of Slap

Sometimes, being a hero means knowing when to run and get help from the right person for the job, as the speedster Tenya Iida once learned. It’s only appropriate to include a quest commemorating that important lesson! Slap is a new substance introduced in Chapter 4 that gives players unlimited stamina for a short amount of time, allowing them to sprint to their heart’s content.

Along with the sports drink, there’s also a named location based around it, Slappy Shores! Much like the Slurp Factory in Chapter 2, this area is dedicated to the production of Slap.

Use this slap keg to complete the My Hero Academia Week 2 Fortnite quests.

Unfortunately I was unable to find guaranteed bottles of Slap, but there are several barrels that will grant the effect when destroyed. Simply land at Slappy Shores and destroy a barrel in the large factory on the south side.

This should turn your stamina bar orange, which denotes the Slap effect, then sprint around the factory until the effect wears off. Repeat until you reach 1000m!

My Hero Academia Week 2 Quests: How to Visit 3 Named Locations

The last quest requires you to visit 3 named locations. You don’t even have to do it in one match! This will likely be completed as you play the game normally, but we’ve got some tips if you want to make it easier. If you can find a Shockwave Hammer it will make traversing the map even easier. Additionally, Team Rumble allows you to redeploy your glider whenever you like, so it makes getting around the map much easier.

Last, if you really want to just knock this quest out, land at Lonely Lab in the northeast corner of the map, then head to Brutal Bastion and Slappy Shores. They’re pretty close together and there are vehicles and ziplines to speed up the process. Congratulations on completing all these quests! Now you’re a true hero, and you have the cape to prove it!

5 Warning Signs You’ve Contracted Anger Foot

Earlier this year, developer Free Lives announced Anger Foot, a stylized dramatization of the epidemic that has swept the country in the last few years. Some have criticized the tone of the game, claiming it’s making light of a very serious subject, while others have praised it for raising awareness of a relatively underreported disease.

We here at Hard Drive agree with the latter, and applaud the upcoming release for highlighting a condition that is not being taken nearly seriously enough. In an effort to do our part, we present to you five warning signs you may have contracted anger foot.

#5 — Rage

While it may be a bit obvious to warn of rage being an early sign of anger foot, it cannot be over stated. If you find yourself growing angrier than normal, keep an eye on your feet!

#4 — Kicking in Doors

Something more specific to look for is an insatiable urge to enter doors not by lock and key, or the conventional rotating of a knob, but instead using your giant, angry foot to kick doors down forcibly, with the assumption of violence awaiting on the other side.

#3 — Feel Anger in Foot

If the emotions of your everyday life start to manifest into a throbbing, burning, swelling of the foot, that is more than likely anger foot and you ought to contact your podiatrist immediately.

#2 — Daydreams of Kicking Doors

If you’re not only kicking in most to all of the doors you’re encountering (with or without a large, moody foot), but you find your waking thoughts being occupied with fantasies of bigger and more complicated doors you can kick in, that is generally considered an indicator of early onset anger foot, and we really recommend seeing someone.

#1 — Loss of Appetite

Feeling hungry? Probably got anger foot, dude.

Anyone experience two or more of these symptoms should seek out medical help immediately. Everyone else, put Anger Foot on your wishlist. Looks pretty fun! Andwe’re not just saying that because this article is sponsored by Devolver Digital — but it is, so try not to kick our goddamn doors down.

Disadvantaged Mutant Has to Work His Way Through Public School for Gifted Youngsters

ALBANY, N.Y. — Due to financial difficulties, local mutant Rodney Carson has been forced to remain in his hometown and take state-funded hero training courses at his public high school.

“Well, I’ve got a single mother. I’m sure you can guess why,” said Carson, a teenage crab/human hybrid. “So, I work some odd jobs to help cover the bills. I drive for Uber, but a lot of passengers tend to cancel their ride when they see a man with claws approaching their location in a 2004 Toyota Corolla. I used to do Postmates, too, until they stopped letting me handle the food because of seafood allergies. Needless to say, we can’t afford for me to go off to some fancy school in Westchester—not that I could have gotten in, anyway.”

Principal of Albany High School, Gene Stafford, lauded his school’s Mutant Education Program, asserting it offers an affordable alternative with perks not available to private counterparts.

“Sure, schools like Xavier’s provide top-of-the-line prep for students looking to earn a spot on premier crime-fighting teams like the X-Men and Avengers,” conceded Stafford. “But here at AHS, we have fantastic vocational programs that teach kids to use their abilities for practical trades like welding and HVAC. Or, if they hear a call to serve their country, Sgt. Crabtree is always prowling the cafeteria looking for promising super-powered talent for the United States Army.”

Charles Xavier, founder of the private Westchester boarding school bearing his name, claimed some mutants are not a good fit for elite education.

“Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters is terribly selective. We get thousands of applications from promising students each year and can only afford to accept the best of the best,” explained Professor X from his multi-million dollar floating wheelchair. “Mutants without training from private summer camps and experience with state-of-the-art equipment are better taught at public school, where they can learn side-by-side with their own kind. Children like that would simply not fit in here.”

After his comments, Professor X entered Cerebro in order to mentally suppress thoughts of unionizing among his teachers.

GTA Online Weazel Plaza Shootout Guide: Weazel Plaza Location

Vampire Survivors DLC Weapons Guide: Night Sword

Finally, this seems to be the only weapon in the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC that doesn’t really belong to one character. It can only be found in the Mt Moonspell level, just look for its icon on the map. The sword evolves into Muramasa by leveling up the Stone Mask.

We hope this guide can be useful to understand how the weapons in Legacy of the Moonspell work, we will be sure to update as new information comes out.

Overwatch 2 Coins Guide: How to Earn Overwatch Coins

Overwatch 2 features a number of different currencies to be earned or purchased in game. These currencies also have a bunch of different uses like buying items from the in-game store or purchasing Golden Guns for your Heroes. Here is how to earn Overwatch Coins in Overwatch 2.

How to Unlock Overwatch Coins in Overwatch 2

Complete these challenges to earn Overwatch Coins.

There are two main ways to gain Overwatch Coins in Overwatch 2. First, they can be unlocked by completing Weekly Challenges. Second, they can be unlocked by purchasing them from the in-game store.

Weekly Challenges reset every week, of course, offering 11 different Challenges for players to complete. Each of these Challenges award 5,000 Battle Pass XP upon completion. To earn Overwatch Coins from these Challenges, players will need to complete at least 4 Weekly Challenges each week. The first 4 completed Challenges awards 30 Overwatch Coins, completing 8 Weekly Challenges awards an additional 20 Overwatch Coins, and finishing all 11 Weekly Challenges awards an additional 10 Overwatch Coins. This means the max amount of Overwatch Coins a player can earn per week is 60. Considering most shop items are upwards of 1,000 Overwatch Coins, this is an incredibly slow process.

If you aren’t interested in earning them, you can always purchase them. The Overwatch 2 in-game store offers a variety of purchase options that are always available. As of the writing of this article, bundles of Overwatch Coins are available for as low as $5 and as high as $100.

Unlike many other free to play games with Battle Passes, Overwatch 2 does not offer any of its premium currency as a reward for completing tiers in the Battle Pass. Players’ options are limited to a painfully slow grind or to open up their wallets. Blizzard has received a lot of backlash from the community for their monetization practices with Overwatch 2, so perhaps some changes to this system will come in the future, but for now players will just have to hope!

Baby Mario Outed as Nepo Baby

MUSHROOM KINGDOM —A damning report from the website Nintendo Life alleges that popular Mario Kart racer Baby Mario benefits from nepotism and is what’s come to be known as a “nepo baby,” and therefore didn’t truly earn their spot on the roster.

“Wow man, that’s fucked up,” said local gamer Al Harris when he heard the news. “I know you can’t exactly help it if you’re a younger version of Mario that’s somehow coexisting with his adult form, but it’s a little lame to just coast into his family business and not have to grind it out like us normies would, you know? His spot could easily go to some young kart racer that is working their ass off trying to make it. That baby is a real asshole, if you ask me.”

The author of the report said that nepotism runs rampant in more than just the go-kart racing world.

“Oh, it’s everywhere,” said Eve Shearer, who’s articles has made waves since it was posted yesterday. “I mean, when’s the last time you heard of someone storming Dracula’s castle that wasn’t related to the Belmont’s in some way? And as angry as some people get when they hear about these things, we must remember that our fascination with celebrities gives us all some culpability in this. Why do you think there have been so many seasons of Keeping Up With the Kong’s?”

Amid the controversy, Mario himself confirmed the report’s allegations.

“It’s-a true,” confirmed Mario Mario, namesake of the iconic Mario Kart Racing League. “The Baby Mario is-a me, Mario. I did not-a know how upset this would-a make all of you, and also I am a little surprised that nobody realized this before-a. I mean-a, look at the little guy, he’s-a got my eyes, and-a my hat!”

As of press time, another scandal had rocked the Mario Kart world when it was discovered that all of the Koopalings were related.
