Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth PlayStation 5 Day 1 Patch
A day 1 patch for Final Fantasy 7 was released on February 21, and will go live on February 29 alongside the launch of the game.
Update Version 1.010.000 fixes a bug that can hard-lock progression.
Also included are tweaks to graphical fidelity, frame rate, and the HUD, specifically in Performance Mode.
Demo rewards are expected to work correctly as well, with players being able to redeem them in the full game upon launch.
A host of other gameplay bugs noted during the release window of the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo have also been addressed.
