Hey, Hard Drive fans! It’s now been a week since the release of Spider-Man 2, and you know what that means! Both the people who have a job to play video games or are in the unemployment line have beaten the game, which means it’s time to plaster your timeline about the game’s post-credits scene.
There’s a lot of things to dissect in the latest Marvel video game adventure. But, a lot of things leave more questions than answers. For example, how does Kraven get his groceries? He obviously ignores every establishment’s “no shirt, no shoes, no service” rule, so he must not get them himself. Why is Miles so stressed over a college essay? Doesn’t he know that no one reads that shit? But, we know, there’s one question that everyone has.
Who is in the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Post-Credits Scene?
In an obscure pick for an after-credits appearance, that guy in the red & black mask in the post-credits scene is Spider-Man! And, in an even bigger shock, that’s one of the people you’ve been playing as the whole game! What a twist!
It’s easy to see how players missed this. The guy never faces you while you’re playing the game, so seeing his mask face you for the first time was probably a shock.
Now, for the big question you have: what does this mean for a sequel to Spider-Man 2? Spider-Man 3 seems like a foregone conclusion at this point, sure. But with the last game, there was a spinoff for the new Spider-person introduced, Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Perhaps we could get a spinoff for this Spider-Man to learn more about him. Spider-Man: Peter Parker, anyone?
