AEW Dynasty Results: Bryan Danielson vs Will Ospreay

The AEW Dynasty 2024 PPV event is in full swing, but who won the highly-anticipated dream match between Will Ospreay and Bryan Danielson?

Ospreay recently made his official AEW debut, and with Danielson set to wind down his in-ring career later this year, it was time to push forward with this dream match to ensure that fans did get to see it before Danielson winded down.

AEW Dynasty News: Fans Tell Chris Jericho To “Please Retire” During Match

AEW Dynasty News: Chris Jericho has faced some controversy recently, and fans have voiced their opinion regarding his ongoing in-ring career.

Following backstage allegations of misconduct with a former female talent earlier this year, Jericho has been roundly booed by fans for some time since then.

Fans at the AEW Dynasty PPV event were rampant during his match against HOOK for the FTW Championship, with chants of “please retire” and “Go home Jericho, go home” among others being caught on the official PPV audio throughout the match.

Jericho would end up winning the match and the title, and the chorus of boos only got louder in the building as he made his way back up the ramp.

AEW Dynasty News: Injured Star Appears To Be Healed at PPV

AEW Dynasty News: All Elite Wrestling star Adam Cole appears to be healed following a lengthy stint on the sidelines with injury.

Cole, alongside other members of the Undisputed Kingdom, appeared on the ramp in his wheelchair following the Kyle O’Reilly vs Roderick Strong match.

The former WWE NXT Champion then stood up and confidently made his way to the ring to celebrate alongside Strong, Wardlow and the Kingdom, indicating that even if he is not fully healed, that he is at least pretty darn close to getting back in the ring.

AEW Dynasty Results: Kazuchika Okada vs PAC for the AEW Continental Title

In what was being described as one of the dark horse matches for AEW Dynasty, Kazuchika Okada took on PAC for the AEW Continental Title.

Since joining All Elite Wrestling, New Japan legend Okada has been aligned with the Young Bucks and he defeated Eddie Kingston for the Continental Title in March 2024 to become the second-ever holder of the belt.

So was Okada able to defend his title against the British star? After lifting his knees to counter a Black Arrow from PAC, Okada hit the Rainmaker on his opponent to take the win and RETAIN his title.
