WWE NXT Stand and Deliver 2024 is set to take place this afternoon, but what are our predictions for the pre-WrestleMania match card?
Stand and Deliver is essentially the developmental brand’s version of ‘Mania, so it is stacked with some decent bouts set to take place to start the tone of the weekend.
The main event will see Trick Williams look to take revenge on his former friend turned foe, Carmelo Hayes, and we’ve got a prediction for that as well as the rest of the card below.

WWE NXT Stand and Deliver Predictions 2024
Singles match for the NXT Championship: Ilja Dragunov (c) vs. Tony D’Angelo
- Despite Tony D’Angelo being one of the highlights of weekly NXT programming, we absolutely cannot see Ilja dropping the belt here. Whilst he probably will be heading to the main roster at some point soon (potentially during the WWE Draft), this doesn’t feel like the right time to do the switch.
Tag team match for the NXT Tag Team Championship: Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker (c) vs. Nathan Frazer and Axiom
- This should be a great match where Corbin, and especially Breakker, will be able to throw Frazer and Axiom around in a big man vs speed encounter. We do think that Corbin and Breakker will retain their titles, but this could be a dark horse for the weekend’s best match.
Singles match for the NXT Women’s Championship: Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Roxanne Perez
- Roxanne Perez’ heel turn has changed her character up a lot, and while Lyra’s title run has been ‘ok’ but not what some had hoped after that massive win against Becky Lynch.
Triple threat match for the NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Dijak vs. Josh Briggs
- Although Dijak has been pushed well over the last few months following the disastrous RETRIBUTION storyline, we can see Oba Femi retaining here.
Six-woman tag team match: Thea Hail, Fallon Henley, and Kelani Jordan vs. Jacy Jayne, Kiana James, and Izzi Dame
- Thea Hail has everything to be a major player in the company at some point, and her feud with Jacy Jayne has been pretty entertaining, but it needs to end here with a Thea win.
Carmelo Hayes vs. Trick Williams
- It’s baffling how these two aren’t on the main roster yet, but with that said this is probably the time to have Trick take the biggest win of his career and start his megastar trajectory.
