WWE WrestleMania XL Night 1 Predictions
The Rock and Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins
- In what is clearly going to be the main event, The Bloodline will take on Cody and Seth with huge implications for Night 2. We’re going with a Rock and Roman win here, setting the stage for Cody to have to fight completely against the odds the next night.
Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Becky Lynch
- This could end up being one of the best matches of the entire weekend, and there’s a very good chance that it opens the show. We’re going with Rhea Ripley retaining here and keeping up her fantastic run on the top of the RAW Women’s division.
Intercontinental Championship: Gunther (c) vs. Sami Zayn
- As much as the video packages featuring Sami with Chad Gable over the last week have been great, we just cannot see Gunther dropping the title here as he’ll end up the longest reigning champ on the roster should Roman lose on Night 2.
Six-Pack Tag Team Ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship: The Judgment Day (c) vs. #DIY vs. The Awesome Truth vs. The New Day vs. A-Town Down Under vs. New Catch Republic
- This is a tough one to call with so many teams, but we’re expecting The Awesome Truth to get the win here.
Jimmy Uso vs Jey Uso
- In a battle of brothers that has really gone under the radar due to the overall Bloodline storyline and The Rock, Roman Reigns etc, Jey and Jimmy will finally get their dream match on the biggest stage. There’s a good chance that Jey will take the win here, setting up another match against Roman down the line.
Bianca Belair, Naomi and Jade Cargill vs. Damage CTRL
- This will be a showcase of Jade Cargill, and she will very likely get the pinfall and win it for her team.
Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee vs. Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar
- This is a match that could go either way, but with Santos Escobar having recently established himself on SmackDown, we’re predicting that he will get the win.
