After you disembark at the Telok Penjarah location, the Shipwright can be found on the western edge of the Den. Ceudah Deski stocks a number of items in the ‘Buy and Sell’ section, including the ship blueprint that we’re seeking: the Padewakang-class Bombardier, which is somewhere near the bottom of this list mixed in with all the cosmetics.
