WWE is reportedly about to sign a major Japanese talent to the NXT roster, something that has been on the cards for quite some time.
According to a new report from Fightful Select, WWE will be signing Giulia in the coming months after a short stint in former STARDOM name Rossy Ogawa’s new promotion.
“Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan has been told by multiple NXT sources that Giulia will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center and NXT upon completion of her remaining dates, with an immediate main roster debut ruled out” the site revealed.
“While not an issue by any means, officials are said to be happy at Giulia’s recent progression in learning English” Fightful added.

Giulia Signing with WWE
It has also been rumored that Giulia will be making an on-screen appearance at today’s NXT Stand and Deliver event, although that has not yet been verified.
In the past, the company has shown new signees or even rumored signees on screen at ‘NXT Takeover’ events like Matt Riddle, EC3 et al, so that could be the direction they go to announce that Giulia will be heading to the company at some point.
