Overwatch 2
The sequel to 2016’s beloved hero shooter, Overwatch 2 is the game’s free-to-play sequel/replacement. Releasing on October 4, the sequel promises to bring new heroes, maps, single-player components, and a more structured rollout schedule for future content. Adding battle passes and ditching loot boxes are two other efforts Blizzard is using to bring Overwatch to a new era. In addition, the game is moving from 6v6 to 5v5, a switch that has so far allowed for more aggressive gameplay.
At launch Overwatch 2 is bringing three new heroes to the table. Each class is getting a new hero: Sojourn (damage), Junker Queen (tank), and Kiriko (support). These heroes bring with them new mechanics and more great character designs, a staple of Overwatch. And if you want to learn how to play them, we’ll have helpful guides for you from Minus World. In addition, keep your attention here to see any news on upcoming patches, mechanics changes, and more to expect in this new Overwatch experience!
